Blythe Philley Obituary

Blythe “Billie” Philley, 91 of Enumlcaw died August 20, 2019. She was born February 19, 1928 in Southgate, CA to Perry D Herrin & Lillian Sparrow. Billie and her late husband, Bill Philley, shared a love of western swing music and raising thoroughbred racehorses. She is survived by three stepchildren, 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Dawn Schweikl and stepson Bill Philley, Jr. A private burial was held in Zillah City Cemetery.
