Irene A. Fraley
On December 3, 2019, Irene A. Fraley passed away peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior. She was surrounded by her loving family during this time. Irene was born to George and Lydia Oak in McIntosh, Minnesota on June 2, 1920.
Irene worked as an Attendant Counselor at the Rainier State School, and she was very involved in her church community. She was gifted with a green thumb and enjoyed gardening, especially growing roses and calla lilies. She loved to crochet and blessed many family and friends with her handmade blankets and throws.
She held herself to high standards, taking great pride in her relationships, personal appearance and home. She and her beloved husband, Riley, were always ready for company.
She had many faithful friends and family, both near and far, with whom she would remain in touch over the years.
Irene is survived by grandsons, Don Ogle and Brian (Lisa) Ogle; great grandsons, Kyle and Derek; as well as extended family members Carey Fraley (Ed) and family; Judi and Jeff Drucker, their daughters, Cheryl and Stephanie, and son, Aaron; and Lori Burton and family.
She was preceded in death by husband, Riley; daughter, Judy; first husband, Roy; and stepson, Ed Fraley.
Irene will be interred beside her husband, Riley at Enumclaw Evergreen Memorial Park.
