Michael Hughes Obituary

Michael Allan Hughes died November 12, 2019 in Enumclaw. He was born June 14, 1955 in Seattle to Hareland and Betty Hughes. Family came first to Michael, they were very important to him. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and motorcycle riding. Michael was very patriotic and had guts and glory. He was a cowboy at heart who loved horses and country music. In his younger years he rode broncs bareback.

Michael is survived by his daughter Ashley Hughes-Burgess (Adam) of Belle Fourche, South Dakota; parents Hareland and Betty Hughes of Renton; grandchildren, Alexis Coleman, Aiden Coleman and Skylar Leggett; sisters Kathy Arpe (Mark) of Everett and Sheryl Sherry (Tony) of Nampa, ID; nieces Angela Putnam (Ryan) of Nampa, ID and Jenny McKenzie (John) of Mill Creek, WA; and nephew Jason Hooker (Misty) of Bonney Lake.
