Roxy Pattelle- Baxter

Roxy Pettelle-Baxter of Buckley, died June 27, 2018 at the age of 72.  She was born Aug. 26, 1945 in Centraila, WA to Francis & Anna Rafferty.  Roxy grew up on a small farm.  She loved her animals especially her horses.  She owned and operated The Village and worked at various other places in Enumclaw.  Roxy was a wonderful mother.  She is survived by her husband, Jim Baxter of Buckley; son, Paul Baxter of Federal Way, & daughter, Barbara Shupe & husband Brad of Greenwater, WA.   Memorials may be made to: Macaw Bird Sanctuary in Black Diamond, WA.
