Belva Maria Jensen

Belva Maria (Trahan) Jensen was born Oct. 9, 1939, to Jake and Valda Trahan, and passed away peacefully July 4, 2020, at the age of 80. Belva was twice blessed in marriage, once to Pat Hagen in 1966 and then later married to Chuck Jensen in 1975. Belva and Chuck were together until his passing in 2013, whereafter she returned to Enumclaw to be close to family and friends.

Belva lived a full and happy life and stayed active with many hobbies, including sewing, needlepoint and she was an avid golfer. Belva loved poodle dogs and had several throughout her life that she treated like queens. Belva loved to travel and toured several countries throughout her life as well as settling down and living in several states, including Hawaii, Florida, Alaska and most recently Arizona.

Belva is survived by her sister Nina Trahan Pearcy, brother-in-law Dave Pearcy, Aunt Vonda Snope and several cousins, niece Deanne Lindberg and her husband Joe Lindberg, and nephew Brian Van Hoof and his wife Navieve Van Hoof. Belva had not children of her own but she doted on her nieces and nephews and later their children. She has 5 great nephews, 1 great niece and 1 great-great niece.
