Bill Hund Obituary

Bill Ray Hund of Enumclaw, Washington, passed away peacefully on October 10th, 2023, after battling Parkinson’s. He was 77 years old. Bill was born on June 12, 1946, in Lewiston Idaho. He attended Lewiston High, graduating in 1964. Bill moved to the Seattle area in 1965 to work as a machinist for Boeing, he also worked at Continental Can, Robbins and Shareway Industries before venturing into his own business. He lived in Enumclaw for most of his life and married his wife Carol on September 9, 1983.

Bill was a local small business owner; he co-owned and operated B&G Industries Inc, a machine shop located in downtown.

In addition to owning his own business, Bill was an avid “old car guy” he could identify any classic car make, year and model from a quick glance. He spent much of his free time tinkering on his cars, yard sailing and browsing craigslist for his next project. He loved traveling back to Lewiston Idaho to spend time with his family. Bill was a collector of all things, he loved trains, aviation, astronomy, and movies.

Bill is survived by his children Mary (Ken), Bill Jr, Tiffany (Trevor) and Christopher, his sister Pamela, and an abundance of friends. He is preceded in death by his wife Carol, daughter Kathy, brother Gary and parents Earl & Wilma. We will miss him more than words can say.
