Charlene Louise Arsanto, of Buckley, died peacefully on June 6, 2020. She was 84 years old. Born on March 30, 1936 in Buckley to Charles and Evelyn Van Hoof, she led a long and faithful life. Charlene was lucky to be constantly surrounded by the family that she loved deeply and that deeply loved her in return. The two gifts in life that were most important to her were family and religion. Her heart knew only love, for that of God and her family. Charlene was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Fred Arsanto who passed in 2002; son Fred Steven Arsanto who passed in 1982; her parents Charles and Evelyn Van Hoof and sister Jeanne (Owen) Jones all of whose light she had long missed.
Those left to continue loving Charlene here on earth are her sons Jim (Susie) and Joe (Kim) Arsanto; daughters Lynn (Doug) Weston, DeAnn (Dwayne) Hiam, and Gina (Tom) Halkjar; along with 22 grandchildren and 56 great grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Buckley City Cemetery. Arrangements has been entrusted to Weeks’ Funeral Home.
