She is preceded in death by her father Wayne Lobehan, brothers James WhiteEagle, Ricky WhiteEagle, and Scott McMillan, grandmothers Helen WhiteEagle and Edna Lobehan, uncles Ben WhiteEagle, Ralph WhiteEagle, Joe WhiteEagle, Hobie WhiteEagle, Albert WhiteEagle, Sr., Brett Lobehan, and Delbert Starr Sr., and aunts Nancy Sam Lobehan, Harriet Ross, Daisy Starr, Lynn WhiteEagle, and Marge Williams, along with numerous cousins and 1 niece.
Jessie is survived by her spouse, Anthony Lopez, and their children Blas Lopez Lobehan, David Lopez Lobehan, Joshua Lopez Lobehan, Wayne Lopez Lobehan, and Erlinda Lopez Lobehan. Her mother Ella Mae White Eagle, brother Keith Baker, and sisters Denise White Eagle, Kristina Lobehan, Martha Lobehan, and Crystal Keeline continue to hold her memory close.
