John Wigton Obituary
John passed away on December 24, 2022, after a yearlong battle with kidney cancer. He made it to his 72nd birthday, but not Christmas. John is survived by his brother Joseph.
For John, horses and hiking were his passions. He had many friends in the horse owners' community and was involved with trail riding and raising Paint horses.
In later years he would be found hiking Mt Peak early each morning and was friends with many of the other hikers. In addition to Mt Peak, he hiked many of the trails in the Mount Rainier National Forest and surrounding areas.
He will be missed.
