Daughter of Seth Aaron Price, (father), and Katie Jane Balls, (mother),
passed away in the womb of her mother at 27 weeks and 2 days of gestation on Friday, May 5, 2023.
Her body was born on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at the Auburn Medical Center, King County, Washington state at 11:25am.
Lilly had a condition called Fetal Hydrops, which caused her body to fill with fluid,
prevented her lungs from normal development, and eventually stopped her heart.
Upon birth, blood clots were found in her umbilical cord.

Lilly is survived by her father, Seth Price (40 years old), her mother, Katie Balls Price, (36 years old),
her brother, Isaac Price (7 years old), and her sister, Brielle Price (4 years old).
The family is holding a small burial service for their daughter
at the Evergreen Memorial Park in Enumclaw, Washington, this Saturday at 1pm,
where Lilly will be buried next to her grandmother, Verna Earlene Tiffany Balls,
and next to her cousin, Adeline Jane Balls.

Though in mourning, the Price family feels peace and eagerly awaits the day
they can be reunited with Lilly in heaven for all eternity and be a forever family.
