Robert William Smith

Robert William Smith of Enumclaw - at the of age 72, passed away the morning of Friday, November 26th surrounded by family. Robert was one of the few who achieved the American Dream. He took these dreams and turned them into reality. Robert received his bachelor’s degree in 1996 at the University of Washington. This accomplishment helped pave the way for his successful business: Alpha Steel Buildings.

He was a devoted family man who loved his wife, children, and several grandchildren to no end. Robert had an amazing sense of humor and loved a good joke. If he wasn’t in the office or out on a sale, you would find him at home in his chair watching one of his many favorite films.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents Arthur W. Smith and Dorothy F. Pitman. He is survived by his two brothers, Roger and Jeff Smith; his wife of twenty-three years, Jodi Smith; his six children: Nicole (Patrick), Hilaree (Daniel), Remington (Ivy), Ashley (Eric), Savannah (Jason), Melissa; and his nineteen grandchildren.

The family would like to welcome all who knew Robert to his funeral service which will be held December 11th, 2021. The service will begin at 12:30pm at The Nazarene Church in Enumclaw Washington. Following the funeral service, at 2pm, the family will be holding a Celebration of Life at the Neuwaukum Grange Hall located in Auburn Washington.
