Ronald was a beloved member of his community, known for his skills as both a fisherman and a mechanic. However, above all else, he was cherished for his role as a devoted father. He leaves behind a legacy of paternal warmth and guidance.

Ronald is reunited in the afterlife with his parents, Rebecca and Ronald Penn Sr., as well as his son, Ronald Spencer Penn III, and Suzette Leslie Elkins, the mother of his children. Though they may be physically separated, their spirits remain in the thoughts of those who loved them.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, Alfred Penn, his daughters, Rayna Penn, Rebecca Elkins-Penn, Pamela Penn, Justine Penn, and Layla Penn. Additionally, Ronald is survived by his brother, Richard Penn, and his sisters, Susan Starr, and Catherine Penn. May they find solace in the cherished moments shared and the enduring love that binds their family together.

Though Ronald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the eternal light of love and the comforting embrace of cherished memories.
