I am so glad that I got to visit for a while with my old compadre this past August. I will never forget his immortal words to me,( back in the day)

I am so sadden by the passing of my military brother Rex. He was a great friend during our time together and after. He wasnt heavy he was my brother.

I am saddened to read about our 199th 2/3 Brother Rex . My Condolences to Walter " Buddy " Rex's family . May Rex Rest in Peace ! Rex was truly loved by his 199 Brother's. Over the years Rex was always loved and respected by out Unit ! A Final Salute to our Brother. Amen

Sandy & I met Bud thought poker at Buckley Eagles. We became friends. Bud hosted a poker party that was great fun.

Sorry to hear about Buddy's passing. He was a true patriot and what he gave for his country will never be forgotten by anyone who knew him. We grew up together and were in the same class of '67. Buddy could always make you laugh and had a genuine love for his fellow friends and family. Rest in Peace. Sincerely, Greg Skore
